Sport Federation courses:  Sport specific coaching courses are offered by sport federations and their fee is not included.

Fees do not include; external training e.g. First Aid Level 1 & CPR certification, Fitness Testing Kits or additional assessments after the set time for completion of the course (supplementary exams, additional assessments or RPL assessments).

Cancellation Policy: (Option 1) If an enrolled student (cancels their course within the cooling-off period of 7 (seven) days of receipt of the course material, a non refundable fee of R 2,500.00 will be deducted from the fees paid. The balance of fees will be refunded to the student.  After this 7-day period, no refunds will be considered.  (Option 2)  No refunds will be considered on this payment option.

Postage or courier costs:  For students living outside South Africa, all postage costs will be the responsibility of the student and learning resources will only be posted once postage costs have been received.  There is a two week turnaround period for postage of the study pack, from the date of payment of fees.

Student loans:  For South African applicants, student loans may be available through FNB, ABSA, Standard Bank or Nedbank.

Course duration: Students are allowed 12 months to complete a certificate and 24 months to complete a diploma.  Extensions are granted (on written request ONLY) at an additional cost of R 500.00 per month.  No extensions are granted beyond three months for each year of study.

Study material:  Students on payment option 1 receive their entire study pack following registration and full payment.  Students on Payment Option 2 receive their study pack in four parts, following receipt of each quarterly payment.

Results or certificates:  No results or certificates are issued if fees are not up to date and paid in full.
