eta Pretoria Campus upcoming Short courses:
To accommodate our students, career changers and hobbyists our short courses run over weekends, and will run over at the most eight Saturdays depending on the chosen course. Our courses are a combination of theory and practical application. It is important to note that, if you do not have a fitness qualification; a short course is available to give you a basic science foundation in order for you to start your course.
We offer, Aerobics, Pilates, Yoga, Sports Massage, Indoor Cycling, Nutrition and Exercise Fitness Studies. Each course will run twice a year.
